1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PixelSeal's SDK, Registry, or Trace services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. License
Creator and Studio plans grant you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the PixelSeal SDK for embedding and verifying watermarks in your own images. You may not redistribute the SDK itself.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use PixelSeal to embed watermarks in content you do not own or have rights to. You must not reverse-engineer the watermark format to forge signatures.
4. Limitation of Liability
PixelSeal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that watermarks will survive all transformations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
